Hawke's Bay Homes uses traditional and modern contemporary external cladding including cedar and timber weatherboards. We also use quality window and door joinery.

Electrical
All the electrical work is fitted and complete, ready for on-site connection. All our homes include feature lights and interior and exterior LED lighting and multiple power points throughout. Extractor fans are fitted in the bathroom and laundry for excellent ventilation. Phone socket, TV port, and router connection also come as standard.
Plumbing & Heating
Fully plumbed and ready for on-site connection our homes come with either a gas infinity or fully insulated 250L hot water cylinder. We can also install heat pumps or wood fires.
