We build inside our modern offsite building facility – instead of on your property and amongst the weather elements that create delays.
We have developed a streamlined offsite building process and while we’re building your home in a weatherproof environment, the onsite services such as water and power are also done in preparation for delivery day. This saves time and money.
This means that more than two things are being done at the same time – the build and site preparation and this significantly reduces the construction timeline and gets you into your home within 12-16 weeks depending on building consent and site assessment.

Homes for Sale
Our homes are ideal for your new forever home, as a holiday house, long-term rental accommodation (as a secondary dwelling), granny flat, or worker accommodation. The buildings have Hastings District Council building consents and only require on-site consents for services and foundations with your local authority.
Houses are at various stages of completion ready for you to add your own flair such as the interior and exterior colours, kitchen and bathroom finishes, as well as floor coverings.
