Our Factory
Hawke's Bay Homes has a purpose-designed offsite construction facility on 1139 Maraekakaho Road, Hastings. We have the capacity to build up to 6 buildings at any given time in a covered weatherproof facility.
Commercial Builds
Our Excel range is our commercial buildings and education buildings. We have built and delivered many of these throughout NZ.

We build inside our modern offsite building facility – instead of on your property and amongst the weather elements that create delays.
We have developed a streamlined offsite building process and while we’re building your home in a weatherproof environment, the onsite services such as water and power are also done in preparation for delivery day. This saves time and money.
This means that more than two things are being done at the same time – the build and site preparation and this significantly reduces the construction timeline and gets you into your home within 12-16 weeks depending on building consent and site assessment.
